INITIATING CURIOSITY:What is medicine? What is sickness and what is health?

After completing a 3-year study in herbalism/ natural medicine and 1 year of clinical practice, I fell in love with the process and traditions around making plant medicine. Flower essences particularly spoke to something deep in my soul as a subtle medicine that I didn’t quite understand. 

I began the Astral Bodies project as small, seasonal collections of flower remedies made in concert with potent astrological transits, and found that the process of medicine-making itself to be profoundly healing. This practice completely changed my relationship to the concept of “healing,” medicine and the connections that are revealed when we simply sit and listen.

I still make flower essences but much more sporadically these days!
